CONVENTION
CLIENT: Serasa Experian
UNIQUENESS: Unified Logistics and Communication System
BRIEFING: Serasa Experian has 3 distinct audiences: Back Office (operations), Leaders/Managers (employees with 2 or more subordinates), and Sales Force (Direct and Representatives), totaling nearly 2200 people. In previous years, we held 3 different events for each audience, but we need a change to communicate with all while maintaining the distinction of audiences, as the messages vary according to filtering.
SOLUTION: A week of events, with 2 days in São Paulo and 3 days in Atibaia. We served 1400 people on the first day with 2 uninterrupted shifts without halting company operations at any time, 480 people on the second day, and 700 people on the following 3 days. The scenography for the first two days was designed to be easily converted for the second day and projected for visual support on the final 3 days, concluding with a complete Sales Force convention.
